40 mm uPVC water pipe total length 4 meter
6 pcs at 47cm
4 pcs at 19 cm
4 pcs at 6 cm
8 pcs 90 degree bends
4 pcs of T pieces
1 pot of uPVC glue, gel is easier than the liquid stuff.
2 sets of yoga bands, I used Omeril resistance bands from Amazon.
It is a set of 5, I used the 2 heaviest ones to give the right bounce, depending on you weight you can use more or less, I weigh around 86 kg. Sorry for the metric measurements
Cut the lengths as above and assemble it all before you glue anything, to make sure it all fits right.
It is important when you glue your pieces that you get the alignment absolutely right, there is no give after you have glued the bits together.
The 90 degree bends have to point in the same direction or your assembly will fail, the same with the T-pieces.
I glued one 90 degree end on each, and when I put the other end on I laid it on the floor and pressed so they pointed in the same direction, the same with the T-pieces. Start from the bottom and work up, it's fairly simple.
Enjoy the result as much as I do, if you need help feel free to message me, I will happily provide more pictures
